I did this portrait as a memorial tribute to this beloved, eccentric artist.
Sometimes I'm asked what I'd scrimshaw when I'm not doing commissions.
This is one scene I chose. These old vehicles used to sit on the side of the Coast Highway 101, about
fifty miles north of my home in Port Orford. I call it "Old Ghost Highway"
